These terms apply to everyone who registers for, buys a ticket to, or attends the EMT Beach Party on 17 October 2026 at Avalon Resort, Hawksbay. By registering or buying a ticket, you agree to them.

01 Eligibility

  • Open to currently enrolled Habib University students, plus one guest (+1) per student.
  • You must register with your own Habib email, student ID and CNIC.
  • One registration per student. Duplicate or false registrations will be cancelled without refund.

02 Tickets and payment

  • Your spot is only confirmed once you’ve paid and collected your physical ticket from HU Dukaan. Registering online without paying does not reserve a spot.
  • Prices: Rs 4,500 early bird, Rs 6,000 regular. Early bird ends when its allocation sells out or on [date], whichever comes first.
  • +1 ticket: Rs [amount], paid by the student who registered them.
  • Tickets are limited and sold first come, first served.
  • Your physical ticket is required for entry. Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

03 Refunds and transfers

  • All tickets are non-refundable, including if you can’t attend.
  • Tickets can’t be transferred, resold or given to anyone else. The name on the registration must match the ID at the gate.
  • If EMT cancels the event, you’ll get a [full/partial] refund. If EMT postpones it, your ticket carries over to the new date.

04 Bringing a +1

  • Your +1 must be named when you register. They can’t be added or swapped later.
  • You are fully responsible for your +1’s conduct, their payment, and their following these terms and the Event Rules.
  • Your +1 must bring the CNIC you registered and arrive with you. They won’t be admitted alone.
  • If either of you is removed from the event, the other may be asked to leave too.

05 Transport and entry

  • Your ticket includes AC transport from campus. Bus timings and allotments will be shared on [WhatsApp/email].
  • If you miss your assigned bus, you’re responsible for getting yourself to the venue and back.
  • At the gate, bring your physical ticket, student ID and CNIC. No ticket, no ID, no entry.
  • Once you leave the venue, you can’t come back in.

06 Changes and cancellation

  • The schedule, line-up and performers may change without refund. Registered students will be told about major changes.
  • EMT may postpone or cancel for weather, safety, sea conditions, or university or government instructions.

07 Conduct

  • You must follow the Event Rules, the instructions of EMT and security staff, and Habib University’s code of conduct.
  • Anyone who breaks the rules can be removed with no refund and may be reported to the university.

08 Photos and video

  • Photos and video will be taken and may be posted on EMT channels and this website.
  • If you don’t want to appear in published photos, tell an EMT team member on the day.

09 Liability

  • You attend at your own risk. EMT and Habib University aren’t responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings, or for injury caused by ignoring rules or staff instructions.
  • Entering the sea outside marked areas or against instructions is strictly at your own risk and will get you removed.
